The Annual Taichi/Qigong Camp at Lonavala started off with a bang. Reaching the Campsite after a fulfilling breakfast, changed to the practice wear, to start with a warmup and limbering session. Followed by a light strenuous exercise of various stances to strengthen the leg muscles. A bit of Energy sensing and Grounding/ Rooting followed by Qigong. Then practicing the Yang Short Form and Competitive Form, viz- 24 and 42, made the morning session more fun.
